User Authentication
Data Sent: Only the user_token as a URL query parameter. -
Fetching Projects
Data Sent: The account_id (in the path) and session_id (as a URL query parameter). -
Fetching Task Boards (Tracks)
Data Sent: The account_id (path), session_id, the fixed parameter status=ACTIVE, and an optional project_id (all as URL query parameters). -
Fetching Labels
Data Sent: The account_id (path) and session_id (as a URL query parameter). -
Adding a Task
Data Sent: The account_id (in the path). The task data (an array of properties like title, description, etc.) is sent in the body of the POST request, which is encoded as JSON. -
Adding a Comment
Data Sent: The account_id (in the path). The comment data (e.g., task_id, message, etc.) is sent in the body of the POST request, which is encoded as JSON.
Installation
- Install the plugin through the WordPress -> Plugins screen directly or upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-doboard-add-on-for-gravity-forms directory.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Go to Gravity Forms -> Settings -> doBoard and enter your doBoard user token (global setting).
- Go to Forms -> Form Settings -> doBoard Feeds and configure the integration options (account, project, board, labels, etc.).
- Save your settings. Tasks will now be created automatically on form submission according to your feed configuration.
