ReadyHT AI connects your WordPress website to the ReadyHT customer support service. Install this plugin once, connect your ReadyHT account securely and choose one of your agents. No connection keys to copy or paste.

• Connect one agent to one website. Use a different available agent for each additional website.
• Choose the number of published public pages permitted by your ReadyHT plan to synchronise with your agent’s memory.
• Keep the original language of your pages including Romanian.
• Automatically sync selected pages after edits and through hourly WordPress scheduled events.
• Open ReadyHT Agent Studio to manage extra knowledge and your agent’s name, welcome message, brand colour and image.
• Read this connected website’s agent conversations in the WordPress dashboard.
• Display the ReadyHT website widget and open full Agent Studio for deployment and account management.

ReadyHT remains the source of truth for agent settings and knowledge. A ReadyHT account with a free trial or active service and available credits is required for AI replies. A billable website AI reply uses one credit; Pro includes unlimited AI credits. Agent Studio provides a separate allowance of 15 free preview messages per available agent, without spending the website credit balance. Page synchronisation does not use credits. Billing and account management stay on ReadyHT.

This is the ReadyHT WordPress integration. Existing installations should update this plugin; no second plugin is needed. The former manual ZIP used the folder readyht-agent; activating the WordPress.org plugin deactivates that copy and carries over its connection on the next request. Remove the inactive old copy after the new plugin shows Connected.

External services and privacy

This plugin connects to the external ReadyHT SaaS service at https://ai.readyht.com. ReadyHT provides account authorisation, agent settings, knowledge storage and AI replies.

Communication happens when:

• An administrator presses Connect ReadyHT. The website address and secure authorisation data are sent to ReadyHT. The administrator signs in on ReadyHT, chooses an agent and approves the website. A limited connection credential is stored only on the WordPress server.
• A connected administrator opens the plugin settings or saves changes. Agent settings and knowledge are read from or sent to ReadyHT.
• An administrator selects public pages and saves or an automatic sync runs. Selected page titles, URLs and text are sent to ReadyHT. After the administrator approves the connection, a published static homepage, if configured, is selected and synchronised automatically; the administrator can change the selection. Draft, private and password-protected pages are excluded. WordPress scheduled events depend on site traffic or a configured cron runner.
• A visitor loads a connected website. The SaaS widget script and agent settings are requested from ReadyHT. The widget uses a browser session identifier to maintain the conversation.
• A visitor submits a message. The message, conversation context and technical request data are processed by ReadyHT to generate a reply. Conversations may be stored and viewed by the account owner in Agent Studio.
• A visitor leaves a priority message through Agent 03 on Pro. Their name, supplied email or telephone number, message, page address and conversation are sent to the business through ReadyHT. The business receives a notification in Agent Studio and can follow up using the supplied contact details. Priority messages do not pause AI replies or use AI credits.
• An administrator disconnects. The limited connection is revoked, the agent goes offline for this website and its website slot becomes available again. Previously synced knowledge is retained in ReadyHT.
• An administrator switches agents. This installation proves the new connection request to ReadyHT; the former site connection is revoked and its saved conversations and knowledge are retained.
• An administrator uninstalls the plugin. WordPress asks ReadyHT to revoke the scoped connection before removing local settings. If ReadyHT cannot be reached, WordPress keeps the plugin and its connection settings so the administrator can retry or disconnect in the Studio.

No ReadyHT passwords, AI provider API keys or payment provider secrets are stored in this plugin. The public widget receives only the public agent identifier. Local WordPress admin scripts and styles are included in this package. The remote website widget is part of the documented ReadyHT service.

Plans and agent availability

The plugin is free and open source. It connects to the separately hosted ReadyHT service, which requires an account. All plugin code is available in this package; service plans govern the hosted AI functionality. The plugin has no local licence activation or paid code unlocks. Page selection reflects the remote knowledge-storage allowance, which is also enforced by the ReadyHT API.

• Free trial: Agent 01 and 10 one-time credits. AI replies stop when these credits are used; choose a paid plan to continue. Saved agent knowledge is retained.
• Launch: Agent 01 on one website with the paid plan’s credits.
• Standard: Agents 01 and 02 on two websites, sharing one account credit balance.
• Pro: Agents 01, 02 and 03 on three websites with unlimited AI credits. Only Agent 03 offers priority messages and notifications.

Each agent can connect to only one website at a time, whether it uses WordPress or the HTML installation code. The public HTTPS origin is used to identify the website; www and non-www variants should redirect to the chosen canonical address. You can test agents in ReadyHT Agent Studio before going live.
